Marc is a passionate and dedicated teacher of piano and the theory of music. Keen to inspire and motivate, he guides pianists young and old towards achieving their musical goals. Trained at the Royal College of Music and now a performing pianist, Marc shares his first-hand, practical experience with pupils right from the very earliest stages of development.
Marc’s pupils encompass all age ranges and stages of development. Many have achieved success in the ABRSM graded examinations and performing diplomas, at competitions and festivals, through conservatoire auditions and on the concert platform. Others play for their own pleasure. Some are complete beginners. Some have taken up the piano again, having stopped playing in earlier life. Some do not speak English as a first language. Marc tailors his approach to suit the differing objectives of individual pupils – taking a structured, rigorous and thorough approach for those with ambitious aims and a relaxed, fun and enriching approach for those with less serious goals.
Marc teaches at his apartment close to Paddington Station in central London, where there is a magnificent, hand-made concert grand piano.
Anyone interested in taking lessons with Marc should simply email email@example.com to discuss things further with him and arrange a consultation lesson. He is always pleased to hear from prospective pupils.
